Everytime I try to brush my 6 month old puppy Belle she tries to bite the brush or me thinking it's okay to play. The only time I can brush her at all is if she is asleep and even then I only get half finished before she's awake and trying to bite again.

As I write this I am visiting my mom; she also has 2 of her great grand children staying over. My Bella has never been around children before, and all she does is bark and growl at them. Please, if anyone knows what I should do, please tell me FAST!! I do not think she would bite them, but I do not want to risk anything. HELP!! Oh, by the way Bella is just over one yr old.
