Toby has been his cheecky self. He has become very bossy lately especially when it is time for him to go walking he will not let up until I take him. It is funny though he knows when It is raining that we don't go walking as he doesn't bother me at all.lol Cheesy

Yesterday was fun... we had fireworks here (it's a big fireworks competition we have every year here).  Minnie mee is not afraid of fireworks.  But she IS afraid of children because children love her and try to pet her and yell in her face and grab at her (even with their parents sitting right there.)  so by the time the fireworks were over she was shivering with fright.  Still, she needs to get used to children!

A fire engine went by and she started howling... she sounded just like the fire engine!  Couldn't believe so much sound could come out of my little dog!

She now has two boyfriends, the little hussy!  Keeps them both on a string (a yorkie named beijo and a havanese named hobbes)

As usual, she wakes me up with a little lick on the nose if I stay in bed too long!

Toby has a girl freind next door she is a sh-zu cross maltese. She is a lovely dog but Toby has to dominate her as soon as she comes over he pushes her to the ground and won't let her up.(tipical Male) Roll Eyes

Yes, sometimes Hobbes the Havanese grabs minnie by the ear and won't let go, but she keeps coming back for more, the codependent thing!  I'm thinking of taking them to a marriage counselling bark session.

Mai Tai and Mo are laying low for the summer.  Mai Tai really cannot take the heat.  He won't go far on walks or run around in the grass.  I can't blame him.  Mo doesn't seem to mind as much, but he has a thin yorkie coat.  Don't know if that makes a difference or not.  Mai Tai's most strenous activity these days is barking at the robot as it cleans the pool.  He is firmly convinced that robot means us terrible harm.

My Raley has had a pretty good summer so far.  He did NOT enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July, though.  Poor thing.  We had him neutered on Wednesday and he is doing fantastic! He's been groomed twice since the end of May and I think he is in love with his groomer!!

    Hi Karen,
It might make a difference Mo's thin coat. You might have to rub sun screen on Mo's skin with it being so thin. That's so funny about Mai Tai barking at the robot, I can just see it.LOL

    Hi raleysmom,
I know about the fireworks I have had a number of dogs in my life and none of them like being near them. It's great that raley likes your groomer as it shows that they do their job right and have a good repore with the dogs that they deal with.
