Just curious what's easier to potty train:male or female!I've heard from a lot of people that females are easier but my westyn haz been an absolute dream to pottytrain(only 1 accident)I honestly think that it depends on the dog considering every dog is differant, from what I've heard overall its a really east breed to potty train!!!just curious about everyones opinion!!!!

I think that it depends on your pup really. Just like children they are all different and will learn at a different pace. Smiley

I've read that males are more easily swayed by treats than females.

I think males are known to be harder to train, because they don't just urinate to relieve themselves, but to mark their territory, especially if they are not neutered.  This makes it harder to curb their peeing on things.

I don't Know about curbing their marking their territory as Toby still has to mark his every where we go ,but not inside and he has been neutered since he was 6mths. Lol Roll Eyes
