Chewing problems

When Molly was 2-3 months old she got into this licking thing. At lunch time and after work she would come out of her crate soaking wet. She did that for about 2 months, then it moved to just her paws. The licking has turned into chewing now. She chews on her paws until they bleed sometimes and I don't know what to do. I have tried all different sorts of toys and chew sticks. As soon as she gets bored with them, it's right back to the paws! Any suggestions?

oh poor thing!!   

there are times that chewy licks his paws.  when i asked the vet, she said that they do that because of allergies.  she had told me that if it gets excessive to bring him in.

def ask your vet. and i hope it gets better.

I agree, sounds like a skin problem.  Perhaps a food allergy or maybe dry skin if you bathe her too much.  Good luck, I hope the vet finds what it is and remedies it soon, poor baby.

Yes I had trouble with Toby chew himself it was an allergy.
So to be on the safe side yeh take her to the vet better to be sure.

They gave me so chill out pill for Tob and he stop doing it with in a couple of days. I still have them so when it starts up I just give them to him for a couple of weeks and then hes fine.
