Bald Spot? :O

Hi. My dog Mika is 7 months old and i got her spayed about a week or 2 ago.
she had to wear a cone for 2 weeks and i never noticed a tiny bald spot on her head before up until the day after she got the cone removed.

she isn't scrathing it, it doest itch doesnt seem to bother. i have no idea how it came about. she needs to be groomed and i was planning on bringing her to the groomers this following week. I don't want to bring her yet until know what's wrong with her or if anything is wrong with her.

hope you guys can help me. even though this bald spot is small it still looks weird and there has been no discovery of another bald spot, i checked.

This is going to sound crazy, but did the vet have to shave her hair there for any reason?

not to my knowledge no. all i knowi s that they shaved her in the area where she got spayed.

I only asked because  both my dogs had bald spots on their legs where they shaved for the IV.  I was wondering if your dog needed a monitoring electrode on the head or something.  Otherwise, I don't know what it could be.

Just a thought may be it is just where the pupy hair has fallen out and the adult hair hasn't grown back yet. Just a thought!!!
