Harness
« on: October 28, 2008, 03:11:06 PM »
Hello Shorkie lovers - my 10 month old Max is so hard to put a harness on.  He pulls and tugs so hard with a collar and leash he practically choaks himself.  the first harness I purchased Max - aka - Spirit chewed the front portion in half.  I see on-line these step-in harnesses - and wondered if anyone tried them.

Try the buddy belt, which my baby Jolie loves...

They last forever, they are pricey but honestly last forever and easy to clean and does not bug the dog.

Th Brand is actually called Buddy Belt...

During the toronto's Woofstalk they sell them for like $10-$30 and usually the rang from around $30 for a size 2 to over $100 for a very large dog.

When Jolie was a baby, at about 9 weeks, at 2.9 pounds she was a size 2.

The other week I bought her a size 3, she is at 5 months, 6 pounds.

I find this harness the easiest to put on, does not bug the dog, and they are a little bit of collector items.

Also, the size 3 should last her till well it gets lost or ruined.

It was honestly a great purchase.
