Been so busy.  I have been to the gym every day except Sat and Sun for the past 7 weeks.  The weekends are busy with my five children, two dogs, and two cats.  I don't have as much time as I used to.  This getting fit business ain't easy.  Especially at my weight (well over 200) and age (47).  Oh well, we have to start somewhere.

Also my Dad has been sick he has cancer and just had an operation to remove a tumer.

So please forgive me for not being as active as I should have been. :'(

Ann, so sorry to hear of your dad's illness.  I will say a prayer for him.  How are you holding up?  I know how difficult it is to have a sick loved one.  I am sure having Toby around brings you a smile once in a while anyway.  Hope for the best for you.

Take Care,
Karen

Hi everyone thanks for the well wishes. Dad's holding up fine but I know that my Dad is getting older and he isn't long for this world. I just love him so much and I dred the thought that it is going to happen. Dad is 84 and I just want him to live for ever.
Yes Toby is a great comfort to me when I'm feeling down.
Again thank you for your thoughts. :)

Oh Ann, I am so sorry to hear of your sadness and indeed it is heart breaking.  As difficult as it might be, try and stay a little strong for yourself.  Prayers are sent your way.
