Try bitter apple spray on the moldings.  My dog did the same and that really worked.

You can try the "leave it" command or saying "no" whenever you see her walking towards it.

Kim is right, but you can't do that when you are not home, or don't see him.  Make sure you do use that command though when you do see him chew.  You have to teach the command first though so he knows what you mean.

I had the same problem with ozzy he chewed every cutom molding in 4 rooms and since we are trying to sell our house its even worse, my husband fixed and repainted all before a showing and the day after he got to some again, I tried bitter apple, no, ect. nothing worked, however now that hes alittle older he finally stoped but found something else my oriental rug, he is still very much a teether, we also tried a spray water bottle but he loved to catch the water in his mouth, I just hope all this will pass real soon because anything I tried didn't help.

I put a few drops of Tabasco on the corner where Kimchee started chewing and she quit!

We have used the spray water bottle with Kuma, and then say no, plus I substitute a chew ball, toy or puppy chewing stick to distract and that seems to work.  My problems is more with the crap off the floor and outside that he is constantly eating.  We live on 5 acres with lots of trees and there are really almost a millions things on the ground for Kuma to try and eat!  Yesterday he cleaned out the lint in the waste basket in the laundary room ... I am sure that is why he is having pooping problems today!

For the poop someone has suggested you put a little pineapple juice into their food. Then when they poop, the smell of the pineapple juice keeps them away. I've learned that until they learn to stop eating non edible things off the ground, you really have to watch them and correct their bad habits. Thankfully Max doesn't care to eat poop. But he does love smelling them.

Unfortunately, where I live a lot of people don't care to pick up their dog's poop. So just walking down the street Max would sniff out about 15-20 different areas where dog's have pooped. Really some people should not be allowed to have a dog if they can't even bother to clean up after it. Anyways, so now to keep him from smelling other dog's poop, I carry a bottle of minty fresh scent to spray on it. Max hates the smell of strong mint so he will just stay away from it. :)
