Newborn Puppy Cuteness
« on: November 11, 2011, 06:53:53 AM »
Stormy's breeder is also her groomer. I took her to be groomed last week and Stormy's mom had a new litter! They haven't even opened their eyes yet and are beyond adorable! This is Stormy's little brother:

Isn't he precious?! Ah I totally want him, lol. I was seriously considering adopting a dog the last couple of months but I've decided it's not a good time to add a second dog but he sure makes it hard to resist :)

Raley, these puppies are actually Biewers! Well, they're Shorkies and the dad is a Biewer :) You may need to make a trip down to AZ and get this little guy ;) They'll be ready for Christmas.

Mai Tai and Junip, I have no idea how I resisted ha. I REALLY want a sibling for Stormy, but then it'll be double the cost for everything and after having to spend $900 to replace the carpet at the place I was renting thanks to Stormy, I really want to get her trained first. But her breeder said she would give me a discount since I bought Stormy from her so it's definitely difficult not to get one! By Christmas I may just pick one out :P

I hope you visit her often and take lots of pictures.  I would love to watch them grow.  Do you know what she might want for one??  I don't plan on getting one but curious as to what she is asking for comparing!

I won't get the puppy blues until spring probably. I think it would be very hard to train another puppy with a dog in the home that was not fully trained yet. I'd wait until the first one is fully trained and there is no scent to attract a new puppy to go pee on.

Gosh, I really want another puppy.  The problem is that our daughter graduates from high school in May and when she goes to college she is required to live on campus the first year.  So, we will have her shorkie, Ellie, until she begins her second year of college!  After that, LOOKOUT!!!!

Raley, he was the only boy and he's $1,600 and the girls are $2,000. I guess they're more bc they're Biewers but yikes! Stormy was $1,200 and if I remember correctly the boys were $900 so that's quite a price jump.

The main reason I want another dog is for Stormy. I feel bad for her for being an only child ha. I think she needs a play mate. Let's all get one! :P

Did you ever see those goldendoodles. They are adorable. They are also huge and they have very curly hair. My groomer cuts a goldendoodles hair. She said they're very hard to keep groomed. Their whole body needs combed every day. I just think they're cute I would never get one. But Angel and my other two dogs are the cutest to me.

I'm sorry but that is a horrible price of a non purebred dog. I paid $300.00 for Gracie and she is a doll of a dog. Her dad is a pure bred Yorkie and her mom is a purebred Shih Tzu. I think some people are taking advantage of this "designer dog" thing. I would not pay more than $1000.00 for a purebred Yorkie! If you really want a new puppy I'd look a little further. Maybe outside your area where the prices are a bit more reasonable. I get a regular feed in my email of small dogs abandoned in the NYC area. They are mostly all these "designer dogs" that people get tired of and get rid of. It's so sad. I hope to be able to help one of these little ones someday.
