Undercoat??

I use the ones from walmart that are in the brown tub. And they seem to work fine but after I use them I use the spray so he smeels good cause the wipes take all smell away.

I cut his hair the other day myself and he was so good. Has anyone cut their shorkies hair?

I haven't touched Chewy's hair at all and it's so long!  I'm so tempted.. Her undercoat is really thick... I really have to post an updated photo.  She does have an appointment with a groomer on Wednesday, July 20th.. I found one with a van that comes to the house called "Sweet Doggie of Mine".  The groomer sold me on the sales talk about taking extra care with first time grooming so as not to cause them to be scared everytime they go...

I gave Grace a trim on her face and ears a couple of months ago. I am now regreting it greatly. I am waiting for her ear fur to grow out so that I can take her and have her properly groomed. I have a pair of round tipped scissors that I trim her nose and around her eyes with between groomings and we do her nails also as they grow so fast. I love her little ears and she looked really cute with the fur trimmed shorter but I won't do it again.

Yes I did and made a mess of it I cut Tobies hair on his ears too short.LOL
